BootForge helps you build and manage Ventoy-powered multiboot USB drives from your phone. If something isn't working or you have a question, this page shows the fastest way to get help.

Fastest answers: most questions are covered in the documentation — especially Troubleshooting, Quick start, and Supported drives. If the docs don't solve it, email us.

Reporting a problem

To help us reproduce an issue quickly, please include:

Your phone model and Android (or iOS) version.
The USB drive make, model, and capacity.
The BootForge version (Settings → About).
What you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead.

Purchases and refunds

BootForge Premium is a one-time unlock processed by Google Play Billing. Refunds and billing questions are handled by Google — see Google Play's refund policy. If a purchase didn't unlock correctly, email us and we'll help restore it.
